Fees are paid by 'Cluster' and are a "pay as you go"
system.
Each Cluster is available at the cost of $175.00aud. Additionally,
there is a one-off enrolment fee of $50 (this is waived if you
are a concession card holder) which needs to be paid along with
the first cluster payment.
